Rental conditions

Every enquiry sent through this website is non-binding. A reservation only exists once we have confirmed it in writing by email.

We rent Saturday to Saturday only, with a minimum stay of seven nights. Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00.

30% of the rent is payable by bank transfer within five days of the reservation confirmation. The balance is due one month before arrival by bank transfer, or in cash on arrival.

A deposit of €500 is left on arrival. It is refunded in full after departure provided no damage is found.

Final cleaning, tourist tax, bed linen and towels, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and use of the pool and terrace are included. Up to two dogs travel free of charge. Pool heating is not available.

The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. Parties and events are not permitted and quiet hours apply. The pool is used unsupervised; children remain the responsibility of their guardians. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

If the guest cancels, the following cancellation fees apply, in each case calculated on the total rental price:

• More than 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total rental price is retained as a cancellation fee.
• 30 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total rental price becomes due and is retained.
• No-show or early departure: 100% of the total rental price.

If we as the landlord cancel the reservation, all payments already made are refunded in full. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
