Škicini near Vodnjan in southern Istria: two private holiday homes with their own pools for 4 or 6 guests. Up to two dogs stay free, and the nearest swimming coves are about 15 minutes away by car.
Welcome
Two homes, personally looked after
Kuća Romana and Kažun Pero stand side by side at the edge of Škicini, framed by dry-stone walls and old olive trees. Both homes are rented directly and privately. The owner is Ivana Komšić; Filip Andrić is your contact and personally looks after guests on site in German, English and Croatian. Each home has its own pool, its own terrace and plenty of privacy for a peaceful stay.

The south of Istria
Vodnjan with its olive oil mills is six kilometres away, Pula with its amphitheatre and airport about twenty minutes, Rovinj roughly half an hour. The nearest swimming coves at Peroj and Barbariga are a good fifteen minutes away.

Kažun Pero
We stayed as a family with two dogs and five adults. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The host was very kind and helpful, resolved every issue immediately, and repeatedly surprised us with small gifts. The house has everything you need. The upstairs bedrooms on a wooden floor take a little getting used to, but this did not bother us. We would recommend the house.

The holiday was a really great holiday. Thanks again to the host for the wonderful hospitality. Our dog was completely happy too. We had everything and nothing was missing. The house was clean and the pool was great as well. It is very quiet and that is what we need on holiday. We will definitely come back.

We spent a week in this wonderful holiday home and enjoyed it very much. For two people and a dog there is absolutely enough space and everything necessary is there. The house and the pool were very clean and we lacked nothing. Ivana is extremely warm and helpful, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The nearest shop is a 10-minute drive away and everything else is a little further too, but in return you have complete peace and quiet. Thank you again for everything and warm regards!
